What it is

We do not bring one fixed screen and ask your room to work around it. We build the wall for your event — panel by panel, to the size and shape you need, from a wide backdrop behind the band to a narrow tower at the entrance.

Your content or ours. Send us your logo, your film, your photos, or your brand colors, and we will build the visuals that run on the wall all night. Our team sets it, tests it, and drives it live so nothing goes black mid-toast.

01

Photo line backdrop

A wall wide enough that every photo has the same background — no more crowding one corner of the room.

02

Stage backdrop

Floor-to-ceiling behind the band, the DJ, or the head table, sized to the width of the stage.

03

Entrance and room wrap

Tall, narrow builds for corridors, doorways, and columns, plus wraparound builds that change the whole room.

The build, start to finish

See How We Build Them

An LED wall isn't delivered. It's built — panel by panel, on site, to the exact size of your room. Here's the whole job, including the days you never see.

Before the event — the days you don't see

01

The brief

You tell us the event, the room, and the moment it's for. We design the wall to fit — size, shape, and what plays on it.

02

The walk-through

Ceiling height, floor, load-in path, where the power really is — the venue gets checked before the build is quoted, so there are no surprises on event day.

03

The power plan

Every watt the production needs gets counted, and the plan decides where it comes from — the venue's power or a quiet generator. Power is planned, never improvised.

04

The paperwork

Insurance certificates, permits where the city or the fire marshal asks for them, load-in times locked — the paperwork is lined up in the week before, not the morning of.

05

Your content, tested

You get the exact pixel size for your logos and videos. Send them by the deadline and we test-play everything on a real wall in our shop first — a stretched logo gets fixed on a weekday, not at your party.

06

Shop prep

Every panel for your build is powered up, tested, and color-matched. The processor is programmed with your wall's map. The truck is packed against a checklist.

Build day

01

Structure first

The frame goes up and gets leveled and weighted. Nothing glows until the bones are right.

02

Panels, row by row

Cabinets lock together one row at a time, seams checked as we climb. A crooked seam shows in every photo — so there aren't any.

03

Power and signal

Each section gets its own protected circuit and data run, cables ramped where guests walk. The wall is fed in zones, so one fault can never take the whole picture.

04

The brain wakes up

The processor loads your wall's pixel map and the screen lights section by section. This is where we catch anything that's not perfect — while it's still a work light, not a spotlight.

05

Calibration

Brightness and color matched panel to panel, then your actual content played full-size and checked from the front row, the back row, and a phone camera.

06

Showtime

A live operator runs your wall all night — entrances, first dance, the reveal, the countdown — and rides the brightness as the room changes.

The part nobody photographs: power.

A big LED backdrop can pull more electricity than everything else at your event combined. So the plan treats it like it matters: dedicated circuits, balanced loads, battery backup on the controls so a tripped breaker never blanks your screen mid-moment — and for outdoor or low-power venues, a movie-quiet generator that won't talk over your vows.

Your part

  • A load-in path we can actually use — dock, elevator, or door widths, shared ahead of time.
  • Power access, or the all-clear to bring a generator — we confirm it at the walk-through.
  • Your content files at the exact pixel size we send you, by the deadline we send with it.
  • One decision-maker we can reach on event day.

And when it's over: the wall comes down in reverse, the room goes back the way it was, and you never touch a cable. That's the job — most of it happens before your guests arrive.
